Accepting clients in New York

Somatic therapy for those ready to reconnect to themselves.

Soft shadow of a plant against a curtain, representing the quiet overwhelm of motherhood and somatic therapy for mothers in New York City.

You found yourself here for a reason.

Maybe you're caught in a constant state of overwhelm and anxiety. Maybe you're carrying frustration about a family member who won't budge. Or you're questioning beliefs you've held your whole life. You might be a mother stretched so thin you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself. Perhaps you're people-pleasing so hard you've lost track of what you actually want.

These are all deeply human experiences. You’re not broken. You’re not alone. You’re in the right place.

Individual therapy that goes bone-deep.

I work with individual clients in fifty-minute sessions. We slow down together, notice what your body is carrying, and figure out what it's been trying to tell you. Because somatic work goes deeper than talk therapy alone, healing tends to happen at a more fundamental level and often more quickly. That kind of depth takes connection and trust, which is exactly what we build here.

Through our work together, you'll notice shifts. Clearer boundaries. More ease in your nervous system. Growing confidence. And you'll understand your whole self differently. Joy and relief are possible.

Hey, I’m Kelsey.

 I'm really glad you're here.

Much of my work is rooted in helping you get curious about what your body has been carrying, and understanding why it's been holding on so tight. There's a lot that becomes possible when you finally have a space to set it down.

As a woman, a mom, and someone who's navigated her own faith evolution, I have a sense of how much we're expected to hold quietly and without complaint. I work with women of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs. Whoever you are, there's room for you here.

I'm currently accepting clients in New York.
