You're unraveling beliefs that shaped you, questioning who you are outside the roles you've been told to play, grieving, angry, and searching for safety and community. All of it makes sense. And all of it deserves space.
There’s room here for questions about your faith.
There’s room here for questions about your faith.
You're unraveling beliefs that shaped you, questioning who you are outside the roles you've been told to play, grieving, angry, and searching for safety and community. All of it makes sense. And all of it deserves space.
Your experience matters, and I'm here to support it.
Faith evolution often arrives tangled with religious trauma, spiritual abuse, or the constraints of purity culture. These create uncertainty, confusion, grief, and fear, especially around loss of community and questions about who you are outside of these beliefs. It’s scary to doubt what you’ve been taught to hold sacred.
All of that — the rage, the loneliness, the guilt, the searching — is valid. You’re grieving and rebuilding simultaneously. That’s the work we do together:
-
Exploring the beliefs about your body, sexuality, and worth that you were taught to hold.
-
Searching for community and a spiritual home that actually feels like yours.
-
Recovering from experiences where faith was used to harm, control, or manipulate you.
-
Discovering who you are outside the roles and beliefs you were given.
Here’s how we move through it.
Letting your body lead you back to what feels sacred.
Our work together starts with undoing the messages you were taught about shame, worth, and what you're allowed to feel. We'll rebuild your trust in yourself and your own knowing, and create space for you to discover what spirituality, faith, and meaning actually look like for you now.
We move through this somatically — paying attention to what your nervous system needs as your beliefs evolve, and helping you feel safe, grounded, and at home in yourself again as you find your way to what feels sacred.
