Individual therapy for when life feels overwhelming.

Through our work together, you'll find your way back to confidence, joy, and groundedness. You'll understand yourself differently. And you won't have to figure it out alone.

What brings people to therapy with me.

Maybe you're constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. Or you can't quite be where your feet are. You anticipate that something terrible will happen if you let your guard down. Whether it's rooted in old patterns, beliefs that shaped you, motherhood, or relational dynamics, there's a reason you're here. And it matters.

Making space for the beliefs that are becoming true for you.

Understanding how anxiety lives in your body and learning to work with it.

Finding your way back to yourself when motherhood feels all-consuming.

Feeling stuck in the same cycles and learning how to interrupt them.

What to Expect in a Session

Your body knows more than you think.

Somatic therapy is intuitive work. We start with what's most pressing for you. Through thoughtful questions, we slow down and explore what's keeping you stuck — noticing what shows up in your body, your thoughts, the patterns you're caught in. Then we do the actual work: moving through what we've discovered so you can feel different, not just understand differently. If you're not sure where to start, we'll figure that out together.

50-minute sessions are $250. Sliding scale spots are available. Visit the FAQs to learn more.
