Your anxiety is telling you something.

Let’s figure out what it’s trying to say.

The cost of being the reliable one.

Women are so often socialized to be the caretaker, the peacekeeper, the one who holds it all together. Over time, that translates into anxiety that shows up in specific ways. Here's what that might look like for you:

  • Saying yes when you mean no, and the anxiety that comes with it.

  • Carrying so much that you've lost track of where you end and everyone else begins.

  • Struggling to name what you need and protect your own space.

  • Paralyzed by the fear of making the wrong choice or letting someone down.

  • Anxious about conflict, rejection, or not being enough for the people you care about.

Here’s how we move through it.

Our work together focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself and trust what you're feeling. Through boundary-setting and learning to listen to your nervous system, you'll begin to feel like yourself again.

Building regulation, and reclaiming your sense of self.

We do this through somatic and body-based practices. We'll dig into where your anxiety is actually coming from — noticing which parts of you get activated in different situations. And together, we'll build a toolkit that helps you feel more grounded every day.
