That's completely normal. We'll never do anything you haven't consented to, and I'll always provide education around any approach before we dive in. Some people prefer not to incorporate body-based work at all, and I fully respect that. My job is to support your healing in the way that feels right for you.

Warm, engaged, and intuitive. I ask questions that broaden both of our understanding, and I'm not afraid to sit with difficult emotions. I show up fully present — using my own mind, body, and spirit to tune in and connect with yours. Sessions are active and collaborative, gently challenging, and there's often laughter. I'm a true partner in your healing.

The best first step is to complete the contact form so we can schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call. That call is where we get to know each other and figure out if we're a good fit. I work with people across a broad spectrum of backgrounds, identities, and beliefs. The consultation is the best way to find out if we'd work well together.

At the end of our consultation call, I'll make a clinical recommendation of whether to meet weekly or every other week. I don't offer sessions less frequently than every other week, as it makes it harder to maintain momentum and real progress. As for how long therapy lasts — that varies from person to person. Given the depth of the work we do together, most people can expect to be in therapy for one to two years. Many stay longer as the work opens up parts of themselves they didn't anticipate exploring. Few stay less than a year if they're truly looking for deep and lasting change.

I don't offer in-person sessions at this time. And yes, virtual therapy is just as effective. Research supports its effectiveness in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and many people find they're actually more comfortable and consistent showing up from their own space.

50-minute sessions are $250. I accept credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. I don't accept insurance directly, but I provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking your benefits ahead of time. I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling; cancellations within that window are charged the full session fee.
